We will not only be tourists, but one of the first Christians to step foot in the Kingdom. Our very presence brings the aroma of Christ into a nation long shut off from the Gospel. What to Expect?
Saudi Arabia has a population of 32 million, 13 million of whom are foreigners. That's 41% of the population. Historically, this foreign population came for religious reasons (to make the hajj to Mecca) or for approved work. Non-Islamic tourism did not exist until Saudi Arabia changed its tourism law on 27 September 2019, in order to open up the country to non-religious tourism. By God's Providence, Saudi Arabia remained "closed" because the tourism industry worldwide was immediately shut down for 3 years by COVID.
You are not the first foreigners to step into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), but you will be one of the first Christians. You will certainly be one of the first Christians to climb the real Mount Sinai. This is a spiritual journey. You are salt and light. Come with your Bible, a readiness to learn, and a willingness to serve others. You will get time to do daily devotions the way Pastor Steve Cioccolanti does his. Expect to hear the Lord.
Due to the distinctive nature of this mission trip, participants must be respectful of the culture, flexible with sudden changes, and willing to hike. We will be traveling in 4WDs, not coach buses, through desert terrain. The sites we visit are not commercialized. There is not a Starbucks on top of Mount Sinai. We will not be staying in 5-star hotels, but past accommodations have been a comfortable 3 to 4 star standard. The bedouin food is excellent. The hospitality is some of the best you'll find. If you have traveled to Israel or Jordan, you will be amazed by the amount of Biblical insights that will open up to you first-hand. No Bible School can prepare you for or compare to this guided journey!

We will make the best effort to fulfill your preference, but in the past, hotel rooms were limited. They are building hotels now. - Get your hiking gear, boots, hat, gloves, water bladder to walk up Mount Sinai
- Get fit by taking walks and exercising before the trip — you will be in the desert, just like Moses and the Israelites.
