About Pastor Steve
Born in Thailand
to a family of Catholics, Buddhists, Methodists and Muslims, Steve
believed in God but never believed he could know God personally.
His education in the US, France and Canada reinforced a very distant
philosophy of God. His unbelief broke when the Holy Spirit came
and saved his life in a near death experience. He then heard Christians
with a Buddhist background tell him of their own search for truth,
peace and release from sin and suffering, and how they had found
the answer in the Bible.

Initially
Steve had felt that he "pretty much knew the Bible," so
resisted these sincere people's attempt to show him what they had
found. But as they persisted, Steve could not resist the evidence
that they were genuinely caring for his soul and evidently had something
he did not have. Steve
began to take an honest look at the Bible for the first time in
his life. He was challenged by its claim in Second Timothy chapter
3 verse 16 that "all Scripture is inspired by God and profitable
for teaching," that he had been guilty of breaking God's moral
laws, and that the Bible forewarns of a Day of Judgment in which
"each of us will give an account of himself to God" (Romans
14:12).
From the New
Testament, Steve then heard about the Creator God who was willing
to come to us, suffer injustice on the Cross, die for the sins
of His creation, and prove it all by rising from the dead. Suddenly,
God seemed very personal and very real. Broken and repentant,
Steve prayed to accept this Savior's forgiveness and to ask Jesus
to come live in his heart. A prophecy from the Lord's heart was
then spoken over his life, "This one will go to the nations."
On that same
day, Steve read the last words of Jesus before He ascended into
Heaven, a verse that has become his life mission statement:
"Go
ye into all the world, and preach the gospel
to every creature. He
that believeth and is baptized shall be saved;
but he that believeth not shall be damned. And
these signs shall follow them that believe; In
my name shall they cast out devils; they shall
speak with new tongues; They
shall take up serpents; and if they drink any
deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall
lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover." (Mark
16:15-18)
Since then,
Steve has travled to 30 countries to share the gift of Jesus and
life-changing truths from the Bible. He does so with an understanding
that not everyone comes from a Christian background and many are
skeptical of God, just like he was. Yet he ministers with boldness
knowing that the same God who rescued him, saved him, and answered
his prayers, will do the same for anyone who is willing and open.
Many of Steve's meetings are accompanied by healings and miracles,
according to Mark chapter 16.
Today Steve
is a sought after speaker known for his signature messages on
the End Times, Religions of the World, Healing & Health, and
Financial Breakthrough. He is also working on a book on Buddhism.
Steve and his wife conduct relationship seminars for young married
