About Us

Started in 2000, Discover Church has grown into an international church that is known for its practical teaching of God's Word, freedom of the Spirit, and passion for missions. Some of the unique programs you will find here include:

•	A daily devotional program that helps you read through your Bible once a year and apply it daily
•	One of the simplest and most effective ways for you to share your faith with others
•	Talent Market for children to have fun and display God's character to family & friends
•	Interpretation of services for speakers of Chinese, French, Japanese, Korean or Thai.
•	International Students Ministry (ISM), including ESL tutoring
•	International Missions

Pastor Steve is a graduate of The Haggai Institute in Maui, Hawaii; completed a Leadership Practicum with Pastor Wayne Cordeiro at New Hope Oahu, Hawaii; is a graduate of RHEMA Bible Training Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma; and holds a Masters degree in Education from Monash University in Melbourne. Discover Church draws from these wonderful influences and aspires to be a culture of love and excellence.

Discover Church's motto is "Doing Church As a Team" and our heart is for the entire Body of Christ to work together for one purpose under one Lord. Discover Church relates with various Christian organizations including: RMAI (RHEMA Ministerial Association International), AFCM (Association of Faith Churches & Ministries), Missionary Ventures and Melbourne Pastors' Network.
